The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Grenada is responsible for the formulation and execution of the foreign policy of the State of Grenada. Grenada pursues a diplomatic policy of maintaining National Parliament Democracy and maintaining bilateral and multilateral relations with other states both regionally and internationally. Grenada is ready to develop trade and intercultural communications with all other countries in the world and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs serves as the focal point of contact with the international community. 

 

Grenada supports fight against terrorism, transnational crime, drugs, weapon smuggling and money laundering. It advocates an elimination of poverty, starvation and unemployment by a solution of development. Developed countries should supply technical, economical and other forms of aid to developing countries. Grenada maintains that the global trading system should be reformed and appeal to developed countries to promote subsidies for agriculture and eliminate the technological Barriers among non-tariff and other barriers to the trade of agricultural products.

 

Grenada maintains that government and local organizations share consistent stances on major international issues. It also attaches great importance to the issue of climate change and appeal to the international community again and again, to pay more attention to the issue of climate change.
